Among the speakers, representing hybris/SAP at the Omnichannel Retailing Forum, will be Matthias Goehler and Marcin Winkler. Hybris/SAP is a strategic partner of the Forum.

During the June edition of the Omnichannel Retailing Forum Marcin Winkler will present a speach titled: “Purchase probability scorings: from analytics to effectiveness of e-commerce operations.” Matthias Goehler will talk about customer-oriented omnichannel strategies.

Marcin Winkler

Marcin Winkler is Head of Internet Marketing at Play – the fastest growing mobile operator in CEE with over 12 million clients in Poland. He runs initiatives in a wide variety of digital marketing areas: user experience, ecommerce, portal & e-care applications development, online communication, social media, email marketing.  Previously he has acted as a head of OMD – the leading media agency and as a management consultant. He has led projects for clients spanning the telecoms industry, banks and financial services, car manufacturers, CPG and media in Central and Eastern Europe. He has particular expertise in marketing effectiveness and ROI optimization.

Marcin Winkler has a MBA (2011) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Matthias Goehler

Matthias Goehler, SVP, Head of Industries Customer Engagement & Commerce, hybris, will be the second speaker during the Omnichannel Retailing Forum 2015. He worked for SAP AG before as Product Management Multichannel. Goehler is a Gerhard-Mercator Universität Duisburg graduate.

Omnichannel Retailing Forum

Omnichannel Retailing Forum is the first conference in Poland, which hosts experts in the omnichannel domain and business practitioners who had to tackle the transformation challenge and cope with extensive changes needed to turn into the omnichannel model. Representatives of over 100 retailers and brands will attend the Forum. The primary aim of the conference is to address the question of how to successfully move from the traditional sales model to the omnichannel model. The Forum will take place on 23th of June 2015 in Warsaw, Poland.
