Factory Warszawa Annopol, an outlet center under construction in Białołęka, Warsaw, will be opened on March 13 at 10 a.m. This is the second Factory outlet in the capital. With a GLA of nearly 20 thousand sqm, clients will have access to brand name products, a children’s playground and a parking lot for 800 vehicles.
For the past 10 years, the residents of Warsaw have been shopping at the Factory in Ursus, which was the first outlet center in the country.
From March 13, the clients will be able to access cheap, brand-name products in the first outlet center on the right side of the Vistula river. Factory Warszawa Annopol was built in Białołęka, right next to the intersection of Trasa Toruńska, and Łabiszyńska street.
“Factory Annopol Warszawa is the largest outlet center in the Masovia region, at the same time, it is the second of its kind in Warsaw. The Factory Outlet in Warsaw has gained the recognition of millions of clients. We are therefore delivering another center, which will be easy for suburban residents and for those who live on the right side of Warsaw to access,” said Agata Brzezińska, country manager of Neinver Polska, which manages the Factory outlet chain.
Three million potential clients live within the range of the Factory in Białołęka, including residents of districts such as Białołęka, Tarchomin, Marki, Ząbki, Wołomin, Radzymin and Wyszków.
The new outlet is dominated by international and Polish brands selling products 30-70 percent cheaper than in traditional retail facilities. The retail scheme includes the first Smyk outlet in the capital, sports stores such as Nike and Adidas, a Rossmann pharmacy and a long list of fashion brands including Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Reserved, Mohito, Cropp, House, Kazar, Lee Cooper, Levi’s, Mustang, Big Star, Tom Tailor, Vero Moda and Digel.
The new Factory will be the only shopping center in the capital with a playground open for the public, where children can plan on swings and slides. Clients will also be able to access wireless Internet, free of charge, on the premises of the outlet.
Factory Warszawa Annopol was built in accordance with ecological building regulations. This is the first commercial facility, which has been awarded a BREEAM certificate during the design stage. The certificate confirms that the building is environmentally friendly.
